If you’re in a hurry, you might want to consider a little magic (or express shipping) to speed things up! If you're looking for something custom, we will let you know in advance how long we think it will take to make your special order - including design, creation, and shipping.

If a deeper clean is necessary, generally hand-washing is preferred; then let your items air-dry (reshaping them if needed).

Absolutely! The quickest way to exchange your item for something different is to return the item you have and place a new order.
If you would prefer to return your item for a refund (and it is returned in new condition), we’ll refund you within 10 business days. Just remember, it might take a little time for your bank to process the full amount.
